Since we started TCAN, we have been financing the cost of this aviation website from our own resources.
The business ads featured where placed to develop the format for this publication. All of the ads in past editions where complimentary.
Starting with this winter 2011 edition, we are starting to convert over to paid advertising. However, we will still run a complimentary ad if the subject matter is of specific interest to aviation.
We are asking you to support our new financial partners. They have come to know the value of the website and want to help us continue our endeavor in bringing Aviation News to you.
They believe in general aviation and a need to help promote are two Tuolumne County airports.
Our number one economic engine to help grow our economy is tourism and aviation plays a very important role in bringing tourism to our county.
Further, this website will showcase the many businesses and attractions that the traveler will benefit when traveling to our county.

Even through our two county airports, Columbia and Pine Mountain Lake have no commercial passenger flights, they are still a part of our National Transportation System; they provide many features, benefits, and services to the public.
Tuolumne County is a great distenation for private pilots and passingers that arrive by charter flight operaters.
Many travelers come back to Tuolumne County after they see what we have to oiffer.
